Good overall taste
Higher than average energy level
A little gritty

Reviewer is not currently using any type of Soylent

I plan on starting to use this recipe very soon! Although many of the ingredients will need to be reordered often, it seems for the most part designed to prevent constant buying and excessive time spent on preparing the recipe as well. Lower carbs AND fat in this recipe than anything I have seen thus far on the site.
